As our rental portfolio has increased, we have become increasingly asked by property owners to manage their properties for them on a regular basis.  

We are pleased to do this, subject to the following criteria regarding the property: 
  • Must be within a 20 mile radius of our base, an area which includes Scunthorpe and Doncaster 
  • Must be a self-contained unit – not in a block of flats 
  • Must be of a relatively modern construction 
  • Must have central heating 
  • Must be in relatively good condition 
We can take over full responsibility for the rental and care of your property, leaving you to simply receive the rental every month. For complete peace of mind, we will look after all aspects of the property including routine safety checks, maintenance and repairs. We will agree with you a fixed level at which we can immediately proceed with repairs without the need for authorisation. We have the flexibility to be able to structure our costs for this on a basis which meets what you require, which we do find varies from one owner to another.
