Westgate Services is a privately owned business aimed at providing good quality homes to people in the North Lincolnshire area. We own virtually all the properties that we let and pride ourselves on providing a personal and prompt service.
Our property portfolio
includes bungalows and houses, ranging from two bedroom terraced through to four bedroom detached. All are relatively modern and well maintained. We have a number on modern estates in Scunthorpe and plenty in the villages within the Isle of Axholme.
It is a sign of our service that we don’t often have empty properties. One tenant has been with us from the start 20+ years ago! So, when we do get a property it is quickly snapped up.
